CO2 TEA LASERS

Available in both our EX5 and EX10 models, the CO2 TEA laser from GAM LASER is designed to provide high power industrial laser performance in a low cost, high reliability system. The unique linear design of GAM LASER products allows power scaling to be achieved at low incremental cost; thus providing the first cost effective, high power laser.

The EX10-CO2 gives repetition rates to 100Hz and output power up to 5W. Exceptional dynamic and static gas lifetime is obtained from the total metal/ceramic design and corona preionization system with over 10 million pulses to 90% energy and 8 weeks static gas lifetime.

The CO2 TEA laser is an all metal/ceramic device and uses the most advanced design of any commercial laser. The laser includes standard features such as active thermal stabilization, constant power and energy control, automatic refill and automatic gas control.

The 9.4mm version of the laser produces cleaner cuts with greatly reduced thermal effects due to high absorption in some material. Absorption in some plastics can be 3-4 times higher at 9.4mm than at 10.6mm.
